Because each suit liner is custom-made and personalized to your design, we are unable to offer refunds or standard returns.
However, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied. To provide peace of mind, we offer a one-time remake guarantee on every order.
One-Time Remake Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the material or finish of your suit liner, you may request a one-time remake at no additional cost.

The remake must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The remake applies to material or production concerns only (not design changes after your mock-up has been approved).

Each order is eligible for one remake only.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Orders@suitliners.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All custom products (such as suit liners, vest linings, or pocket squares) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union Customers
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
