Welcome to Custom Suit Liners! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Custom Suit Liners. Custom Suit Liners operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Custom Suit Liners is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services.

To use the Services, including purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Our products, including custom suit liners, vest linings, and pocket squares, are made-to-order and highly personalized.

  • Once a design has been approved for production, changes cannot be made.

  • Slight variations in colour, scale, or placement may occur compared to the approved digital mock-up.

  • We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display of colour will be exact.

  • All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by Custom Suit Liners and payment has been processed.

Because our products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once approved for production.

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. To provide peace of mind, each order includes a one-time remake guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with the material or finish of your suit liner, vest lining, or pocket square, you may request a one-time remake at no additional cost.

  • The remake must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The remake applies only to material or production concerns, not design changes after mock-up approval.

  • Each order is eligible for one remake only.

Your purchases are subject to this policy and our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, taxes, or import duties. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Production takes approximately 2 weeks from the date of mock-up approval.

  • Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only:

    • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, and product designs on our Services are the property of Custom Suit Liners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to third-party tools. We provide such tools “as is” without warranties. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of third parties. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Custom Suit Liners is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, purchases are made directly with Custom Suit Liners. Shopify is not responsible for sales, orders, or customer service related to your transactions.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, designs, or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update product information at any time without notice, including after an order has been placed.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, infringement of intellectual property, harassment, or attempts to disrupt service functionality.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violating these Terms.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. By approving your digital mock-up, you acknowledge that the final product will be produced according to the approved design.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Suit Liners shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to a custom order is limited to a one-time remake, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Custom Suit Liners, Shopify, and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Custom Suit Liners.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without notice.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Custom Suit Liners is headquartered.
