Order Processing & Production
Because every suit liner and accessory is made-to-order, production takes approximately 2 weeks from the time you approve your digital mock-up. Orders placed before the 15th of the month will typically ship before the end of that same month.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Standard shipping times (after production) are:

  • Domestic (USA & Canada): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs processing)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet production and delivery timelines, unforeseen delays (such as supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or customs holds) may occur. We will notify you promptly if your order is impacted.
